Description
Stefanie Rohr’s interval cardio workout will really get you sweating! Steffi will show you effective exercise combinations with different intensity levels that will improve your endurance and help boost fat burning.
You will start with a pleasant full body mobilization routine that will get your body ready for this training. You’ll then continue with a block of effective side-to-side variations with leg/knee lifts, leg curls and V-steps that will serve as a nice warm-up. This block, which is still beginner’s level, is followed by another one made up of taps, jumps, etc., which are already a bit more demanding.
The intensity will keep increasing with the following power-mix. Your arms and legs will get to work with exercises such as step touches, repeaters, side-to-sides and leg curls. The grand finale comes with a block that focuses on your legs and glutes. You’ve already worked on your arms in the first two parts of this workout so it’s time to march now!
After each block, Steffi will make sure that your heartrate decreases, and your batteries are charged for the next round!
Try not to stop even if the exercises are demanding for you. You’ll notice how it keeps getting easier and will be able to do it all no time! You will finish off with Steffi’s stretching session, designed for you to relax your muscles and feel the effects of the training.
Tip: Pay attention to a good body tension during all exercises. You can always go back to doing an easier version if an exercise with increased intensity becomes too strenuous.
