Whether you are at a beginner or advanced level, Fitness Anytime will definitely have the perfect workout for you. You'll receive the support of great trainers and will be given a variety of motivational tools that will help you reach your goals.

All you need is a computer, a smart-phone or a tablet that's connected to the internet.

 

Most playback problems on smartphones and tablets are related to interference or a weak WiFi connection. Make sure that your smartphone/tablet has good WiFi reception - three bars!

Nowadays, most households have at least one router, but there are unfortunately just 12 WiFi channels. If, for instance, your neighbors' WiFi router is transmitting on the same channel, there might be interference that could affect how well your videos are loading.

One solution would be to switch the WiFi router to an unused channel. Each manufacturer might have different ways to make the switch. This information can be found in the router's manual or online on the manufacturer's website (support area).

Another solution would be to lower the video resolution to 270p in My Studio -> Account -> Player Settings

The majority of courses in Fitness Anytime don't require any expensive equipment. All that you'll normally need is comfortable sportswear, good sports shoes and a non-slip mat or a yoga mat.

You can find the equipment you need in the course details. You can also easily look for it in the search option - just select the "no equipment" option.


 

No, anybody can get fit(ter)! It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, a recreational athlete or a fitness professional - there are courses to fit every single need and taste.

If you've had health problems or haven't exercised for a long period of time, you should first visit your doctor and discuss your training goals. Our general rule is to challenge but never overstrain yourself. You should always listen to your body and stop training if an exercise starts to become uncomfortable or painful. It's also important to always do all exercises as precisely and with as much control as possible, following the trainers' instructions.

Absolutely! All you need to do is click on the little heart that appears in the right corner of each course, and the workout will be added to your list of favorites.

Here, you can store and find your favorite courses, as well as easily sort them according to different criteria (e.g. duration, rating, level) and add your personal notes.

 

Weekly goals determine how many minutes of exercise you do per week and the number of calories you want to burn during your workouts. These values will be automatically transferred to the following week, unless you decide to change it. You can set these goals in "My Studio".

Once you've completed a workout and clicked on it to mark it as such, we'll add it to your training diary and you'll then be able to see your scores. The data is automatically synchronized so it'll also work if you click on your training session from the iPhone app.

You'll need to enter your weight and height in order to get your personal calorie turnover. Please don't forget to do so or an average value will be displayed instead. You can do this in My Studio -> Your Body.

 

Technology & Settings

All data that is entered in the form fields has a SSL connection using a 256-bit encryption. This ensures that unauthorized people can't access or view the data during data transmission.

You can also contribute to your account's security. Please choose a password that is difficult for other to guess (at least 8 digits, incl. upper case, lower case and digits) and don't share it with third parties. If you're using a public network, please make sure to always log out once you've finished.

 

Yes, all course videos can also run on new generation smart-phones and tablets.

Fitness Anytime is optimized for use on PCs and Macs as well as on tablets and smartphones.

 

There can be multiple reasons for a video to not play smoothly:

Your internet browser should be up to date and you should at least have a standard DSL connection to the internet.

If you're on a wireless network (WLAN/WiFi/Wireless), you will need it to be a fast and stable connection! Many playback problems are due to fluctuating WiFi connections or because too many people are sharing the same WiFi.

While using Fitness Anytime, please close all other programs (if possible). You can also try to set your video resolution to the smallest size (270p) under My Studio -> Account -> Player Settings.

You'll need a device with a stable and fast internet connection to be able to play our exercise videos. The device can either be a computer, a laptop, a smart-phone or a tablet.

You'll also need an up-to-date internet browser, such as Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome.

 

We are now exclusively filming all Fitness Anytime videos in a razor-sharp 4K resolution and then lowering them to a Full HD 1080p for the internet.

The video player will automatically determine what the optimal resolution is for the available bandwidth and adjust it.

If needed, you can also change it manually by using the cog in the player bar and save it as a permanent setting in My Studio -> Account -> Player Settings

FullHD (1080p) delivers the best picture quality. A DSL line with at least 16000 kbit/s is required.

If a video just keeps loading or doesn’t play smoothly, please switch to 270p. This lower resolution is intended for smart-phones and tablets that receive data via a mobile data network. If you have a weak WiFi connection, you should switch to 270p.
