Description
This short, yet very effective short back workout is great for beginners or people with little time. These standing and floor-based exercises will not only strengthen your muscles but also stretch and loosen up your musculoskeletal system. If done consistently, it will improve your posture, release muscle tension and avoid muscle contraction. This workout will also activate your legs and glutes.
All exercises are shown and explained by fitness expert Michaela Süßbauer. Please pay attention to a good body tension and controlled movements when doing all exercises.
