Description
Increase your flexibility and energy levels while also strengthening your core and back with this balanced 45 minute workout by Michaela Süßbauer. All exercises are shown and explained in detail so beginners can easily pick up on them.
Warm up your body and loosen those muscles with some smooth mobility drills. Next up are some standing balance and stability exercises - you'll need good body tension and control for these! With time and consistency, you'll improve your balance, coordination and posture. The following mat exercises will deeply activate your muscles as well as give you stability and that beautifully shaped core (stomach and waist) that you're looking for.
This class ends with a standing routine where you'll work on your flexibility. Don't go before you've stretched and relaxed for a little bit - it'll do you good!
