Fitness expert Michaela Süßbauer offers an easy, yet effective back workout that is great for beginners. It won't only help improve your mobility, strengthen your upper body and loosen up your back muscles but also give you a stronger stance as you work on your balance!
Let's warm up our bodies with some smooth mobility drills and continue with some standing exercises, such as the standing scale . They'll give you a stronger back and a more flexible spine, improve your coordination and balance, and activate your legs and glutes.
Work on your lower back, shoulders and core with some planks. These floor-based exercises will strengthen your muscles and shape your core. You haven't finished until you spent some time cooling down - just relax and release all that tension!
Tip: Ensure body tension and good posture when doing all exercises to make this work-out much more effective!
