Description
Stefanie Rohr will show you a highly effective mix of elements from Vinyasa Power Yoga and classic exercises from functional workouts. This training session will effectively increase your fitness level, strengthen your middle area (core, back and stomach), tighten your body and improve your posture.
This XXL version of Bodega moves® will burn countless calories and boost your metabolism. You’ll be doing Flow yoga, which means that all movements will flow smoothly, one after another, in a very controlled manner. You will, nevertheless, break a sweat – promised!
Please pay attention to a good body tension and follow Steffi's instructions very precisely when doing all movements. This workout has a lot of room for improvement, especially when it comes to Power version’s level 3. If you are not able to do everything from the get-go just allow yourself some time and space. By training on a regular basis, you’ll see improvement in no time.
