This Bikini Fit course is a dynamic full-body workout that will shape your legs, bums and tums, and help you get rid of those extra pounds. Its effective double strategy is basically a mix of simple basics and some more complex athletic elements. You'll begin with a warm-up and then do a series of squats, small jumps, kicks and lunges. You'll then head over to your mat and tackle those popular problem areas with some even more effective training. You'll complete this workout with a standing cool down session that will stretch and loosen your stressed muscles with some nice stretching.
All exercises are shown and explained in detail so beginners can easily pick up on them. Please make sure to listen to your body and take a short break if it gets too challenging for you. And remember - this workout has a lot of room for improvement.
