Description
Stefanie Rohr and co-presenter Katharina Huber will show you effective exercises for a sexy core!
You'll begin with a dynamic warm-up that will increase your body temperature and get your heart pumping. You'll then head over to your mat and focus on building a strong body and firm bum. You'll continue doing a series of isometric and static exercises combined with crunch variations to train your core, abs and glutes. Please take off your shoes to do this set of exercises.
You'll finish off the workout with a short stretching session.
Tip: Pay attention to a good body tension when doing these floor-based exercises to make this workout even more effective.
