Description
Stefanie Rohr and Katharina Huber will show you great fitness moves to get a nice bum and slim legs. It's time to say goodbye to that cellulite!
You'll begin with a dynamic warm-up that will increase your body temperature and get your heart pumping. After a short marching in place, you'll complete a series of effective standing exercises for your legs and glutes, such as side-to-sides, squats, lunges, etc. If you'd also want to train your arms, just do as like co-presenter Katharina as grab a pair of dumbbells or water bottles.
Please pay attention to a good body tension and engaged core when doing all exercises to make this workout twice as effective.
You'll finish off with a short stretching session to loosen your stressed muscles. You've earned a little relaxation!
