"Fitness expert Stefanie Rohr and her co-presenter Katharina Huber will get you ready for the beach. In the first part of this Beach Body series, they will show you a great introduction to their ""Sexy Beach Body"" program.
You should start with the warm-up to increase your body temperature and get your heart pumping! It's a great way to get your body ready for this workout. You'll then carry on and complete a series of effective standing exercises for your legs and glutes. As always, pay attention to a good body tension when doing all exercises (side-to-sides, squats, lunges, etc.) to make this workout even more effective.
The mat is up next! You'll be doing a series of isometric and static exercises combined with crunch variations that will train your core and abs, including obliques. With Steffi's motivational style, you'll be easily able to get a nice flat stomach and slim waist.
You've now earned this final stretching routine with soothing stretching positions that will help you relax and regenerate while sitting or lying down."
