This stretching program will do you good! Stretch your tightened muscles, loosen up your musculoskeletal system and release potential blockages. With Julia you'll stretch your entire body and spend a lot of time working on all important areas.
Don't force yourself when stretching - just go as far as you can! You will definitely feel a slight pull but you should by no means feel any pain. The more you stretch, the more flexible you'll become and the deeper you'll be able to go into each position. Just give yourself time to improve!
