This shorter version of Julia Schuppel's ab workout also has it all! From a warm-up and intensive exercises for all abdominal muscle groups, to different crunches, burpees and mountain climbers.
Don't forget to keep control of your body and your stomach! It's important to do these exercises with precision and strength! If you're not able to do all of Julia's repetitions at first, that's ok! It's better to do less than to cheat. And remember - this workout has a lot of room for improvement.
