Description
A modern dance workout to some cool beats - with these moves you will conquer the dancefloor and up your fitness game! It’ll get your heart pumping and improve your body awareness and coordination. All those extra pounds will just simply dance away!
Tip: Unlike Latin dancing, where movements are more relaxed, R’n’B calls for some good tension (you don’t want to look tense though!). Don’t worry if it’s not as easy as Julia and her co-presenters make it seem. You’ll get better with time – we promise!
