This is a different kind of dance workout! You’ll be doing hip circles and moving to the beat of oriental music. These moves will flow smoothly and help you forget about your everyday life. Dancing will not only improve your body awareness and coordination, but also boost your metabolism, relieve stress and get you in a good mood.
Remember that explanations are not important in this dance workout! Dancing and having fun are all we care about! Don’t worry if it’s not as easy as Julia and her co-presenters make it seem. Just keep moving and do some freestyle dancing.
