Description
Fitness expert Nina Winkler and her co-leader Marlies Tänzer will show you organic exercises for your stomach and back. The training is done in a standing position. Various holding and balance elements work your muscles deep down and also help improve coordination.
There will be no emphasis on tempo - the focus is on a clean execution along with a lot of body tension. This makes it easier to execute moves with precision and increases the workout's effectiveness.
