Description
Fitness expert Nina Winkler and her co-leader Marlies Tänzer show you exercises based on everyday movements that aesthetically shape and strengthen your muscles. The routines are designed to strengthen the upper body and back, flatten the abdomen, make the spine more supple and tone the arms nicely.
The only equipment needed is a mat for floor exercises. You leverage your own body weight. The training requires good balance and coordination and is best performed with good body tension in order to activate the body's deep holding and supporting muscles.
A warmup and stretching rounds off this varied program.
