Fitness expert Nina Winkler and Marlies Tänzer will show you moves that will raise your spirit, melt away extra pounds and make your body beautifully firm and slim. With regular training, tissue becomes firmer and cellulite disappears.
We start out with a lively warm-up that boosts circulation and prepares muscles, ligaments and joints for the workout.
Then, exercises become more dynamic: whether it's knee lifts, jumping jacks or elements of boxing using kicks and punches - the pace is consistently high and demanding. If it gets to be too much, just keep moving. The workout offers a lot of scope for improvement.
A little stretching while standing rounds off the session. Especially leg and buttock muscles will be stretched, but arms and upper body will be loosened as well. It's really good for you!
