Description
Functional, high-intensity training (HIT) is an extremely effective workout that requires very little time and helps you get a slim figure. Although this session has a special focus on your stomach, legs and glutes, it also trains several other muscle groups, which makes it twice as effective!
These functional exercises, which are shown in different levels, are based on natural everyday movements. Among these exercises you'll find sumo squats, push-ups, side runs, standing scales and side planks, all of which will improve your endurance and fitness levels and help you get that hourglass-shape figure.
