Tip: Maintaining some basic tension around your core is particularly important when dancing. You should, therefore, always pay attention to good abdominal tension, i.e., bring your belly button inwards and make small, powerful moves. If you can’t get your legs and arms all coordinated at first, start by focusing on the steps and then gradually add your arms.
