More fitness, less pounds! This is easily achievable with this highly effective workout by Michaela Süßbauer. This friendly Munich native will show you high-intensity interval training workouts to improve your strength and endurance and get that slim, toned body.
You'll start with a warm-up that will mobilize your muscles and increase your body temperature. You'll then go on to doing two rounds of cardio and body shaping exercises. Feel free to intensify the second round by adding weights or choosing other variations. Although the pace is quite fast, you still need to make sure to do all exercises correctly. It'll help prevent muscle soreness and injuries.
You'll finish off this workout with a stretching and relaxation routine.
