Description
Letting go after a long day at work isn’t always easy. Physiotherapist and personal trainer Anette Alvaredo will, nevertheless, show you how to do so.
This short workout will focus on your back, shoulders and neck area, which can easily build up tension. You’ll start by loosening up blockages with the help of two tennis balls and will then move on to mobilizing and stretching the entire back of your body. This will help prevent new tensions from forming.
