Description
Physiotherapist and personal trainer Anette Alvaredo will show you effective exercises that will help shape your abs, legs and glutes so they look nice and toned. You’ll be functionally moving and strengthening your body, which will also release tension and get your circulation going.
You’ll, of course, be doing some stretching exercises as well. A short, yet well-rounded program that you can easily use to be active during your lunch break.
Tip: You can easily intensify some of the exercises with a water bottle.
