Description
If you are constantly sitting at your desk you know that you are probably moving way too little, often worsening your posture as time goes by and, as a result, building up persistent tension around your shoulders and neck. Physiotherapist and personal trainer Anette Alvaredo will show you simple, yet highly effective exercises to counteract these problems while you are in the office.
You’ll be functionally moving and stretching your body, gently but noticeably. You’ll also be doing some arm exercises, which can be easily intensified with two small water bottles.
You’ll be able to do every movement from your desk and in regular everyday clothes. It’s the perfect way for you to use your lunch break to be active and easily reduce your stress.
