Description
Level 3 of Jimmy's Abs Workout is hard, intense and effective! If you want a six-pack, you'll have to push through it... on a regular basis!
In addition to floor exercises based on the principle of the lever (crunches) and planks for your rectus abdominis and obliques, you'll now be adding another element: jumps and dynamic moves. This will help you burn fat, improve your balance and coordination, and get nice and fit!
The complete program is a great and functional workout that also integrates some core training - it'll even make the best trained fitness professionals sweat!
If you are not able to complete this level even with fewer repetitions, you can just go back to levels 1 or 2 - they're also very effective! We ask you to always begin with a warm-up ("Jimmy's Abs Workout - Mobilization" for instance), as it'll help you prevent muscle soreness and injuries.
