Description
Jimmy adds an extra pound of power, which should melt off your stomach middle throughout the workout!) In level 2, this challenging training program will also include gymnastic floor exercises. In addition to crunches (based on the principle of the lever), you'll be doing some planks as well. This will not only increase the intensity of the workouts but will also improve your strength and coordination.
Perseverance and training on a regular basis will get you a flat, toned stomach and slim waist. Tip: Begin with a warm-up ("Jimmy's Abs Workout - Mobilization" for instance)!
Anyone that finds level 2 too difficult should go back to level 1. You should only level up once you can easily do the exercise and complete the number of repetitions. (CMF)
