Description
Fitness professional Jimmy Outlaw, together with his co-presenters, will show you a challenging abs program, even in level 1. Push through it to get a flat, toned stomach and a slim waist - it'll be worth it!
You'll start this men and women's training in a supine position. Its main focus is the principle of the lever (many crunches), which will train your rectus abdominis and obliques. If you aren't able to do this straight away, try doing some of the easier variations that Vanessa will show you. You can also limit the number of repetitions - this often helps! You'll get better at this with regular training. Promised!
You should start with some mobilization before jumping into the actual workout. It'll increase your body temperature, relax your muscles and mobilize your skeleton. I will also help you prevent muscle soreness.
