Description
Are you ready for a choreography with great potential? It combines classic aerobic moves with jazz, funk, hip-hop and street dance elements.
You will repeat this choreography several times. It’s basically a dance loop with lots of fun!
There are no spoken instructions, as its main focus is to move while having fun. To learn the steps, all you need to do is train and follow the moves that are shown and explained in Michaela Süßbauer's "Dance Workout".
If everything works, this session should last about half an hour. Big are the beats on fat during this exciting workout! Get ready to dance and have some fun!
