Description
You can really do a lot against body tension with less than 5 minutes. All you need to do is this stretching session by sports scientist and health expert Dirk Pinnig, which will stretch, loosen and gently move your shoulders, neck and back.
It’s a great way to end a longer training session. But you can also just do it in between workouts!
