Description
In this 15-minute lower back program by sports scientist Dirk Pinnig, Ina Münsberg and Sven Friedrich will show a series of simple, yet effective exercises that will also strengthen your arms, legs, abs and glutes.
It ends with a short stretching unit that will help you release tension and relax your muscles.
Important: Please pay attention to a good body tension and a correct and controlled posture.
