Description
This is a demanding and intensive yoga flow that shows two levels of difficulty in parallel. An essential component of this flow is the Crow pose, which will give you more balance and strength, and will improve your coordination and concentration.
You will also need to build up tension and stretch your muscles a bit at the same time. For this, one of the things you will do towards the beginning of the session will be the Downward Dog. You should take a close look at this flow before doing it for the first time, especially the easier versions since they are not always instructed individually. Depending on what you choose, the level will be between medium and advanced.
