Description
Taoist trainer Robert Stooß will show you a perfect Tai Chi form (Yang style). This complete yet short form has movements in all directions. It’s also shown in a mirror image afterwards, which improves brain integration of both hemispheres.
This course requires some experience with Tai Chi. We advise beginners to start with the “Basic Tai-Chi” course.
