Description
In this block you will be training your glutes and burning some fat.
After warming up, you'll do a standing routine (always use your arms!). You'll start with some forward tap movements, which you can also do to relax during your breaks.
Can you feel your glutes? You sure can! This course series is followed by a final stretching session that will help you relax and loosen your muscles.
Note: When stretching, just go as far as you can! You should never feel uncomfortable or in pain.
