Description
This workout will tackle your glutes and thighs with three different exercises. You'll start by placing a towel in between your knees and lifting one of your legs while placing your arms on a stool. You'll then step on the stool with one leg at a time and end by heading over to your mat to do a series of exercises that will really target your glutes. You're now done!
Tip: Julia will show you exactly how to do all exercises. Don't give up if you don't see results right away. Keep on going and you'll be able to some in no time!
