Description
To do this workout, you'll need a stool and a water bottle to use as a weight. You'll begin with some triceps push-ups that will also activate your back. You'll then lift some weight - please pay attention to a good body tension! Finish off by doing some push-ups from the Downward Dog position into a support position - this will bring your temperature up quite a bit! (Julia will also show another variation for users that are less experienced).
Tip: Julia will show you exactly how to do all exercises. Don't give up if you don't see results right away. Keep on going and you'll be able to some in no time!
