Description
After completing an optional warm-up, you'll jump right into business and do a series of effective exercises for some nicely toned legs. Sumo squats and heel raises are some of the exercises that you'll be doing. These very effective 5 minutes have it all!
Tip: Julia will show you exactly how to do all exercises. Don't give up if you don't see results right away. Keep on going and you'll be able to some in no time!
