Description
Get in shape with this full program made of six individual blocks of exercises.
You'll start with a warm-up that will get your body moving and then work your way through all muscle groups: legs, glutes, core, back and arms. Squats, twists, roll-ups for your code muscles and triceps push-ups are just some of the exercises that you'll be doing. Besides your mat, you'll be using everyday objects as equipment: a stool, a small towel and a filled bottle water to use as a weight. At the end you'll do a cool-down routine to help you relax.
Tip: Julia will show you exactly how to do all exercises. Don't give up if you don't see results right away. Keep on going and you'll be able to some in no time!
