Description
This class is focussing on your abs, back and complete gluteal muscles. Exercises will take you half an hour, including warm-up and the five best-of-moves that shape your abs nicely.
Keep going, should you not be able to perform all given reps in the first place: You will see your strength and your reps increase at the same time and it will take you just a few training sessions to realize how easy it is to do all of them in one go.
You will also exercise your balance, coordination and all-over body tension. Your reward: Toned abs and a beach bum of note!
