With this easy functional workout from our fat burner series all those extra pounds will be gone before you know it! Michi will show you simple basic steps for you to have some fun while breaking a sweat. Say hello to this aerobic and fat burning workout - it's perfect for all ages and levels, beginners to advanced.
First up is an activation warm-up that will get you ready for this workout. It is followed by a rebound phase where you'll be able to catch your breath with some of the non-bouncing moves that Michi has prepared for you. Let's start the actual workout with some marching and jumping exercises, both forwards and backwards. The second part of this routine includes powerful high-impact drumming moves. Give this aerobic choreography even more momentum by adding double step knee-lifts and side cross kicks. Top it off with some circular hip movements. At the end of this workout you'll get to cool down with some breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
Tip: If this workout is too challenging at the beginning, you can always take a break and move a bit (marching in place, for example) until you feel ready to continue. Another option is to follow Michi's instructions on how to simplify the exercises. You will start to see how this routine gets easier with time!
