Description
The first part of this functional full-body workout will better your physical condition, improve your fitness level and give you a great figure! Michaela Süßbauer combines all exercises in a way that this routine will end up feeling like a small choreography! It's a perfect workout for all ages and levels - beginners to advanced.
Begin with a warm-up full of dynamic moves that will get you ready to start training. Get going by moving your arms up and down! Next up are some side squats (help yourself with your arms) and a little boxing. Continue with knee lifts, side pulls (do both arms!) and the pendulum motion of some bicep curls to complete this program. Don't stop in between exercises! Do some small jumps instead - it'll get you heart pumping and your fat burning! At the end of this workout you'll get to cool down with some breathing exercises.
Tip: If this workout is too challenging at the beginning, you can always take a break and move a bit (marching in place, for example) until you feel ready to continue. Another option is to follow Michi's instructions on how to simplify the exercises. You will start to see how this routine gets easier with time!
