Intensive LTB & Cardio - Stretching
Description
Relax your entire body with this short floor-based relaxation session during which you'll be laying down or on your side. Stretch your legs, glutes, abs and back, and relaxed those stressed muscles. If you want to increase this relaxation effect, all you have to do is exhale more deeply!
At the end, you'll do some in depth stretching designed to really help you relax and feel the effects of this session. This is also a serious relief after a hard day!
Tip: Pay close attention to your shoulder and neck and don't force yourself when stretching - just go as far as you can!
