Description
This short program combines the best elements from Michi's full LTB & Cardio Power-Mix! It has high intensity intervals that will really push your endurance and fitness levels. In the two cardio sets of this workout, you'll have an intensive 20 seconds followed by an active 10 second pause. Both sets are made up of three exercises that will have to be repeated three times.
And now... on your mark, get set, go! Give it your all during this first set of skater jumps, mountain climbers and jumping squats! Keep working hard during this second set where you'll combine squats with sidekicks, planks with leg raises and lunges with knee lifts! If the pace is too fast for you that's okay - just bring the speed down a little bit. At the end of the workout, be sure to relax your muscles and take deep breaths to lower your heart rate.
Note: This short high intensity program is only suitable for people with an advance fitness level that have good strength and know how to do all exercises. If you are a beginner, we recommend the "LTB-Mix" variation of this workout.
